At Luxe by Kan, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
